Cheese Puff Appetizer

Makes: about 20 pieces

1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

½ Cup All-Purpose Flour

¼ Cup Butter Softened

½ Tsp Ground Mustard

¼ Tsp Salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. You may need to use your hand for optimal mixing. Roll into 1 inch balls and place at least 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.

--> Get creative and add onion powder, bacon bits, or chopped green onion!
