Sunfresh Raspberry Jam Freezerves

What is it? This is a freezer jam that is uncooked, all-natural, no high-fructose corn syrup, no artificial flavors, nor colors.

How does it work? Use this great jam on toast, scones, sandwiches, anything that you would normally put jam on!  Don't stir it though because it will break up the natural pectin and make the jam runny.

Cool Features: The fruit comes from my area, the Pacific Northwest! 

Practical Point: This jam has a bright color that will catch the eyes of little ones.  Because the jam is not cooked, the natural good enzymes and vitamins remain intact!

Amazon sells this freezer jam in 1lb containers, 6 containers per box. It sounds like a lot but the containers are smaller than you think because it is by weight and this jam is dense. There are seeds however they are not obtrusive. Also, a note comes with the jam stating it lasts 3 months in the refridgerator and up to a year in the freezer.
